The Research Center at the Littleton Museum has a wonderful collection of over 3,000 historical photographs for use by the public. The center also has microfilm of past issues of the Littleton Independent and other local newspapers, some going back 100 years. Other resources include maps, microfilm, oral history recordings, and reference files about people, businesses, churches, schools, farms, and etc.
The Research Center is open by appointment only. Drop-ins are not encouraged. Books and other materials available in the center are for research purposes only; materials cannot be checked out at any time. Call the Museum at 303-795-3954 to make an appointment, or email your research request at history@littletongov.org.
